02 The Foundry

Every meaningful decision is forged.

Tempered by good information. Shaped by clear thinking. Refined through honest counsel.

Flightline Foundry is a coaching practice for the moments that matter most. The ones too consequential to navigate alone, but too personal to outsource to an algorithm.

The work is process, not product. We slow the decision down, separate signal from noise, name the tradeoffs you might not be seeing, and leave you with a clearer view than you walked in with. The choice stays yours. The thinking gets sharper.

03 Practice Areas

Four lanes. One discipline.

CAREER · 01

Career & Transitions

Veterans entering corporate. Mid-career professionals navigating change. Job searches, negotiations, and the uncomfortable questions that come before either.

HOME · 02

The Home Decision

Buying, selling, refinancing, or staying put. We work the math, the timing, and the tradeoffs. None of the conflicts of interest baked into agent and lender relationships.

VEHICLE · 03

Vehicle Acquisition

From the spreadsheet to the showroom. New, used, lease, finance. Coaching through the process so you walk in prepared and walk out without regret.

FRAMEWORK · 04

Decision Architecture

When a choice has too many variables and not enough certainty. We build the framework, surface what you actually value, and you make the call.

04 The Coach

Avik Saha / Lead PM, Naval Aviator, mentor.

A decade in Naval Aviation, including leadership of an advanced projects unit responsible for the Navy's most sophisticated airborne radar subsystem. A second decade applying that operational discipline to product management at scale, currently leading IoT and EV charging portfolios at one of the country's largest cable operators.

The throughline across both careers: helping people make consequential decisions in environments where the cost of being wrong is real. The coaching practice formalizes work that's already happening: the friend, colleague, or fellow veteran who calls before signing the papers, taking the offer, or making the trade.

  • MILITARYU.S. Navy · Naval Aviation, advanced airborne radar program leadership.
  • CORPORATELead Product Manager, Cox Communications · MDU IoT & EV Charging.
  • VOLUNTEERFourBlock · Career readiness instructor, Atlanta cohort.
  • VOLUNTEERBig Brothers Big Sisters · Partners in Change.
Begin a Conversation

The first session is a conversation, not a commitment.

If there's a decision in front of you that deserves better thinking than a Google search and faster traction than a year of overthinking, this is the room for it.
